Q1：Could I buy 1 unit as a sample first or do a trial order?
-Yes, that is possible if it is in stock, If it is out of stock we could advise a similar one which in stock,
For customize sample, Pleas show your concept first, then we will make tech drawing for your confirming, then charge 150usd per style in optical eyeglasses, 200usd per style in sunglasses, No matter what material you will use.
Q2：How long does it take when bought one unit or customize samples?
-For our design, if have stock, it will take two days send out
For customize sample, it will take 30 days more after confirming tech drawing
Q3：Shall we put our logo on the sample?
-For our existing style, we do not provide this kind of service, Because this is finishing products, it is hard to make some changes there.

Q4： What are your payment items for samples?
-Full payment by PayPal or T/T
Q5：Shall you charge new fees if you want to revise the design of the sample?
-For our design, we will charge fees if revise
For customize, if revise a little, it is free, if revise more, it will be charged,
Q6：Shall we charge new fees if it was had the quality issue?
-No, we would not. Re-make a new one by free.
Q7: Is the sample fee refundable or not refundable?
-Yes, it is, if you want to do the bulk order in the same as sample style, you can get the refund from bulk order, but if the big order you are doing in different styles, the fees can not be returned.

Q1: Shall we accept OEM or ODM?
-Yes, OEM & ODM are our main business types.
Q2: What is the minimum quantity of big orders?
-Doing Metal frame, MOQ is 200pcs per style, within 3 colors plating
For Acetate and Titanium frame, MOQ is 300pcs per style within 3 colors
Q3: How long does it take for the production time?
-For the metal frames, it will take 35 workdays after getting the deposit
For acetate and titanium frames, it will take 45-50 workdays after getting the deposit
Q4: What is the payment terms?
– 40% T/T deposit, The balance is before sending goods out
Q5: How about the shipment?
-Working with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc
