We have been in the glasses making business since 2006, and we have 13 years of experience in making eyeglasses, optical glasses, eyewear, spectacles, and sunglasses using various materials such as acetate, stainless steel, and titanium.
While we may not have as much experience as some big glasses factories, we can offer competitive prices because of our efficient management cost. Moreover, we have experienced workers in our industry chain, including export workers with more than ten years of experience in the field.

Doing metal glasses frames and sunglasses frames
- Prepare the frames, normally cut the metal front frames by laser, or find the exist metal rims
- solder the nose pads, and frame’s lock if needed
- Cut the frame’s lock
- Soler the hinges
- Shoot the temple tips
- Polishing the frames and temples
- Plating the colors of frames and temples
- Printing the logo
- Assemble the frames and temples together
- Cut the lenses and install the lenses
- Quality control one by one

Do one pair of glasses frames or sunglasses frames need almost 150 steps in total, You may discover some frames do not need this more steps, maybe half steps (like 75 steps) to finish frames.
Different structures may in different steps and different process, This is why even do one sample need to take one month or more time to finish, Because of it is same steps as doing the bluk order
How every steps look like? Nowadays how can we cut the acetate frames? or lenses or solder the metal,
Few years ago, All glasses factory and sunglasses factory cut the acetate frames by hand using simple machine, every steps need to be finished by hand, like cut frame, lamination the nose pad, the bevel. First of process was test machine, then cut frame, all steps did like this hand made, now due to clients have high expectation of quality and factories want to increase the production efficiency, So all acetate frames cut by CNC, all processes finished in one time of doing frame, like cut frame,cut bevel, cut nose pad,etc
